Generally, website development prices can range from GHS 1,500 to GHS 10,000 or more. There are different service plans with rich features for users of all experience levels. The cost will ultimately be driven by your overall sales and traffic goals, the features you need, and the type of eCommerce website your company selects (whether in Ghana or overseas, in-house or outsourced). With our knowledge, tools and expertise, our standard websites take approximately 7 days to create. Our E-commerce (online store) websites take approximately 14 days to create. This time will vary from project to project (i.e if all content and information for the website is ready at hand). But if for any reason you decide you want to take your site to another hosting service and get another company to service the site, we will happily assist you in making the transition as effortlessly and efficiently as possible. The website is yours after all, and we want you to take it wherever you go.
The project starts with a 60% deposit. Once design sign off and we move into programming till completed and fulfilled our scope, the final 40% is collected and your website is then scheduled for launch.

Yes. Our web design and development service includes a free domain (if not already purchased) for 1-Year, free hosting for 1-Year, configuration of your email accounts, detailed monthly traffic reports and basic search engine optimization services. Basic SEO includes submission of your site to the major search engines such us Google, Bing , Yahoo and the setup of your primary metatag information (Page Title, Description and Keywords). Additionally, your site is built from the ground up with search engine friendly technologies and methods.
We accept all major payment methods which includes credit cards, debit cards, mobile money, bank transfer, cash on delivery and under certain circumstances, we accept check payments. Our card payment processing is handled by PayPal, and we never store payment information outside of their secured system.
If you're unsatisfied and want to terminate your contract, you may contact our customer support team within 30 days. We'll refund your payments. We do not offer refunds for any services after the first 30 days.
No. We only support websites that we have fully built. We have this policy so that we can 100% stand behind everything that we craft. There are issues of liability of multiple programmers touching the same code over time.
As long as you're on our Ongoing Monthly Maintenance Plans with us, there is no charge for technical support.
No. We do not include copy writing and editing in all of our proposals. We will however, build your sitemap and help structure the foundation of your website in the planning stages.
Yes. We will help you source stock photos from sites such as www.crestock.com and www.istock.com. We also have photographers and videographers available to produce custom photography and videos for your website.
Yes! For one time changes, we will provide you with an estimate before beginning the work and charge at our standard rate with regards to the nature of update/changes. If you anticipate regular needs for maintenance, one of our Ongoing Monthly Maintenance Plans may be more cost-effective for you.
